You Own Your Work
The Rule: Anything you build, host, or deploy through our system belongs to you.
Our Promise: We make zero claim to your IP. We aren't here to claim your innovations or ownership of your software just because you used our SDK.
Our "Orchestration Layer" Stays Ours
The Rule: While we give you the tools (SDKs/Apps) to build, the backend "engine" (our Orchestration Layer) is our proprietary property.
The Benefit: By keeping the core proprietary, we can ensure the system is there for you to use.
Use Any License You Want
The Rule: Our apps and SDKs are designed to play nice with others. Whether you use GPL, AGPL, MIT, or Apache, you can integrate those libraries into your builds.
The Shield: Our legal structure ensures that your choice of open-source licenses won't "infect" our proprietary backend, and our proprietary backend won't "claim" your open-source frontend.
Be a Good Human
The Rule: We don't monitor what you build, and we aren't responsible for it. However, if you use our system for illegal acts, hate speech, or harming others (see our Prohibited Use Policy), we will cut off your access.
The "Kill Switch": We reserve the right to stop providing service at any time. We'll try to give you a heads-up if it's a business change, but if it's an abuse issue, the cutoff is immediate.
